I’m Josh, I live in London, UK. I am a Freelance Graphic Designer and Web Developer, began my career with brand identity, graphic design for print and web design. I then moved onto work as Web developer as well for Digital and Advertising agencies, before becoming a full-time freelancer. I have been working professionally as a webdesigner for 6 years and made my very first website 10 years ago. What started off as a hobby has grown into my passion and profession.
Specialised in creating websites for great individuals and businesses, helping them to market their product or services successfully on the web. For this reason I tend to work on small to large sized websites, and I can provide design and development services for more complex sites or applications.Aiming to have a relationship with my clients where I can show a value to their business by being dependable, honest and by doing the type of work which makes a difference.
WHAT I DO
FREELANCER VS AGENCY
A growing number of clients prefer using a freelance graphic designer to using a design agency – and this due to a few main benefits. The biggest benefit being that the work delivered by a skilled freelance designer (with agency experience) can be exactly the same as you’d get from a top branding agency but at a fraction of the price – because a freelancer has less overheads. You also get to work much more closely with your designer, with more control, instead of relaying everything through an account manager.
Upon graduating I immediately go offered a job at Hungary’s leading Education equipment supplier – where I had 5 years experience in brand identity, graphic design for print and web design and I’ve designed for a very diverse range of clients.
Then I specialized as a Webdesigner & Developer, gained 6 years experience working for some very big brands including: Virgin Media, Land Rover, Alfa Romeo, Cancer Research UK, Bing, Heineken and howies.
Each project I work on is an opportunity to do some amazing work that connects with the intended audience and brings increased success to the client.
I always follow a strategic approach; identify your brand’s strengths and weaknesses, get to know your company culture, research your audience, your competition, and the current market, build a product that really fits you and help to achieve your goals.
